A FOCUSED START

Local routes.
Thoughtfully planned.

We are developing an owner-led service for recurring specimen pickups. Each proposed route starts with the sending facility’s instructions and the receiving laboratory’s requirements.

01 / SCHEDULE

A route that fits
your workday.

Discuss weekday pickup locations, lab cutoffs, frequency, and expected shipment volume before a route is quoted.

02 / HANDLE

Requirements first.
Equipment second.

Specimen eligibility, packaging, temperature needs, insurance, and handling procedures must be confirmed before service begins.

03 / COMMUNICATE

Know who to call.
Know what happens next.

Plan handoff records, status updates, designated contacts, and a clear process for delays or exceptions.

BEFORE THE FIRST PICKUP

A good route starts
with good questions.

Tell us what your team needs. We will review the scope and readiness requirements before making any service commitment.

Share your route requirements ↗
  1. 1

    Understand the shipment

Confirm specimen classifications, packaging responsibilities, permitted volumes, and temperature requirements.

  2. 2

    Plan the full route

Agree pickup and delivery windows, receiving-lab access, total mileage, and exception contacts.

  3. 3

    Confirm readiness together

Verify business status, applicable approvals, insurance, training, and a signed service agreement before transport.

OUR INITIAL PROPOSED SCOPE

Patient specimens.
Already packaged.

Local, scheduled ground transport of eligible patient specimens prepared by the sending facility. Final acceptance depends on specimen classification, route requirements, and completed onboarding.

The initial proposal excludes Category A infectious substances, medical waste, sharps, dry ice, radioactive materials, passenger transport, specimen collection, and laboratory testing.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we talk.

Are you accepting specimens now?

No. We are accepting business inquiries during launch preparation. Reinstatement, applicable approvals, insurance, training, operating procedures, and a signed agreement must be confirmed before transport starts.

Can you provide an immediate pickup or a patient ride?

No. This page does not dispatch urgent deliveries, emergency response, or passenger transportation. Use your current authorized provider for active transport needs.

How is a route priced?

Pricing is quoted after reviewing the shipment scope, stops, total mileage, time windows, waiting time, temperature requirements, and frequency. There is no booking fee or payment collected on this site.

Is this operated by London Express LLC?

Yes. This is the proposed medical courier service of London Express LLC. Its October 17, 2026 certificate showed reinstatement pending tax clearance; final reinstatement has not yet been confirmed. This website does not establish a new company or represent an operating approval.
