London Express LLC is developing a medical specimen courier service. Its October 17, 2026 Certificate of Pending Reinstatement stated that reinstatement was pending processing of tax clearance. Final reinstatement has not yet been confirmed.
Launch preparation
Business inquiries are welcome. No transport is currently available through this site. Business status, applicable authorizations, insurance, personnel training, operating procedures, receiving-lab requirements and a signed service agreement must be verified before service begins. The website does not register a new company, grant a license or certify compliance.
Proposed scope
The initial service proposal is scheduled local ground transportation of eligible patient specimens already classified and packaged by the sending facility. Acceptance depends on classification, packaging, temperature requirements, route suitability and completed onboarding. Category A infectious substances, regulated medical waste, sharps, dry ice, radioactive materials, passenger transport, specimen collection, laboratory testing and air shipments are outside the initial proposed scope.
Availability and pricing
Inquiry hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern. Delivery windows and routes will be agreed separately. No urgent or emergency dispatch is offered. Quotes require a route review and are not provided automatically. No payment is collected here.

D’Andra Miller is the owner and President. Ulises Lopez-Quinones is listed as Operations Coordinator for launch preparation. This website does not convey ownership, signing authority or approval to transport specimens to anyone.
